Master’s in Education (M2) – International Cooperation in Education and Training (CIEF)

Overview

 

Since 1999, this program has produced many professionals in international educational cooperation. The aim is for graduates to be able to work with international organizations, NGOs and associations which are involved in developing plans, providing assistance and evaluating educational projects.

Skills 

  • Organizing a monitoring system for calls for tender and more generally for resources on education and training. Monitoring of regional, national, European and international policies, seizing opportunities and analyzing needs
  • Responding to calls for tender by providing all the necessary information relating to institutional, legal and financial practices and limitations
  • Analyzing calls for tender and placing them in an institutional and organizational context
  • Establishing a protocol for observing and analyzing situations, addressing needs for modernization
  • Creating projects: putting together diagnostics, requirements, characteristics of relevant environments, dealing with challenges and limitations, assembling logistical and human resources to create, improve and renovate education and training systems (partially or completely)
  • Reporting on systems, teaching, logistics and finances; discussing proposals
  • Designing and implementing education and training measures. To do so, creating teams, establishing and maintaining partnerships, creating project schedules (costs, logistics, personnel), implementing supervisory and control practices
  • Creating, implementing and maintaining assessment systems for the various objectives and the results of the project schedules
  • Monitoring scientific, legal, strategic and methodological resources
