Master’s in Education (M2) – Special Assistance Management

Overview

 

This program prepares students to work with vulnerable people groups and their families, namely adults and children with disabilities, people living in poverty, dependent elderly people, misguided youth, parents with difficulties and migrant families.

This ever-growing sector has given rise to innovative practices so that pertinent measures can be used to address the wide variety of needs. This program aims to produce creative professionals who are open to using all social networks, work with a range of partners and conduct objective analyses while respecting the people receiving their services.

 

Objectives

 Graduates of the program will be able to steer the creation of specialized bodies, implement measures, organize day-to-day operations and manage existing services in the socio-educational sector and social medicine.

A majority of the coursework is dedicated to imparting knowledge related to the projects students wish to carry out during the year or at the end of the program.

 

Admission

Admission Criteria

  • Diplomas: First year of the Master’s in Humanities and Social Sciences or CAFERUIS certificate or Bachelor’s in Humanities and Social Sciences (with the VAP – validation of work experience process) and a national social worker diploma.
  • Complete application + interview with the academic commission.
